Bookkeeper
St Albans City Centre
£25-27k
Responsibilities include:
Checking and verifying invoices and receipts
Posting invoices
Preparation of sales invoices
Month end reconciliations
Update cash flow forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
Trial balance, profit and loss account balance sheet preparation
Maintain internal control systems
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and process payroll
Prepare and file VAT returns
Assist with budget preparation
Assist with audits
Skills and experience:
Sage Line 50 advanced user
MS Office and Excel experience
Experience of working at an early stage company would be beneficial, but not essential
AAT or similar qualification would be advantageous but not essential
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Bookkeeping role

Management accounts, Sage line 50, Excel, Bookkeeper, Vat returns
