Bookkeeper
Bushey, Middlesex
£35,000 + Pension
If you are a professional and committed Bookkeeper this respected local firm is in need of your expertise. This is a standalone role which required someone who can work on own initiative.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the accounts and finance function on a day to day basis and preparing management reports
- Costing work that has been completed and raising client invoices and monthly statements
- Managing client ledger, recording payments received on client accounts and preparing payment reports
- Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments by telephone when needed
- Checking supplier invoices received and processing weekly cheque and BACs payments
- Completing weekly bank reconciliations and investigating any anomalies
