The role is on a temporary ongoing basis initially for 6 months
£10 per hour working either 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm Mon - Fri
Daily duties include:
Supporting the Manager with administration
Using Word and Excel daily
Notifying customers of scheduled work via email
Taking feedback on work completed and logging responses
Planning and booking work in with Engineers
Producing and issuing a variety of documentation
Liaising with customers and internal staff over the phone and via email
Updating calendars
Diary management
Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced level Excel. Scheduling experience. Excellent organizational skills. A key eye for detail. Ability to manage own workload. Experience within an engineering or technical organization. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
