Job Description

The working hours are 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Day to Day duties include;

  • Meeting and Greeting.
  • Emailing customers and suppliers.
  • Sage invoicing.
  • Answering telephones, taking information and following up on calls.
  • Keeping your work area tidy.
  • Organizing paperwork.
  • Managing office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Sending post.
  • Using Excel and Word.

Preferred Skills;

  • PA Experience.
  • Experience with Sage.
