Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to become an integral part of our office team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the role within a fun, challenging, professional and supportive environment. There will be chance for accelerated growth, within the ADS group for the right candidate, particularly if they have experience within the construction industry.

We welcome applications from individuals who have administrative and managerial experience. The salary awarded will be entirely dependent on qualifications and experience. You will be based at our new, modern office on the South Rings Business Park. A car parking space will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement, organize and manage office operations and procedures
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Ensure office systems are updated effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure live job management is conducted by contacting engineers when necessary
  • Complete and chase up job quotations
  • Contact site prior to commencement of quoted works
  • Manage materials for jobs and ensure they are on site before jobs are allocated to engineers
  • Schedule work alongside Mechanical Manager and allocate engineers to jobs daily
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and employees
  • Manage client complaints
  • Manage admin support for company managers
  • Manage staff holidays
  • Mange staff sickness
  • Delegate work to other office staff
  • Encourage team effort and support office staff where necessary
